After co-founding Dusk and committing every minute to it for the first four years and more, their personal lives demanded a step back from them. Since then we’ve recognised the need for unencumbered governance, and to do all that’s necessary to preserve our focus, strengths and momentum. To ensure everything went smoothly we allowed ourselves a grace period to complete handover. We are sharing it now with the proof that Dusk has only thrived over the last months, and the confidence that we can immediately look towards the future. As for the operations, by consolidating the governance we have been streamlining decision making and dramatically increased the agility throughout the organization, which resulted in the acceleration of our plans. We have also added key strategic members to our team, drawing from our connections of seasoned, long-term investors, and highly successful entrepreneurs with specific expertise on marketing and finance, to support Dusk in the push to mainnet. We have outlined a clear roadmap, set forth our Mainnet launch dates, solidified our relationship with our partnered MTF, as well as making strides with institutional adoption attracted by the clear leapfrog that Dusk's infrastructure represents for their profitability and market operations. Our focus remains on solving real-world inefficiencies, not on chasing partnerships for the sake of headlines. We are not just a project with potential; we are a project with a plan, a proven strategy, and actual use cases that we have been perfecting since our inception.
